theres been a few audiophile Vinyl releases for the pistols lately
i can recommend one called "the complete burton on trent recordings" on the
"get back" label from Italy
it completely  beats every other cd of that show even the cd version of the
same title (LOL!)

thats partly just because of the lack of care  taken over the cd issues of
the show admittedly
, but the fact remains the vinyl version trashes all the 50 billion cd
issues i've waded through over the years
its that really good quality thick heavy virgin vinyl too, none of that
horrible  thin treble-heavy scratchy vinyl  that some modern releases have

even on a cheap-ass player its an amazing sound
also worth mentioning- whoever mastered it took the time to correct the
speed of the masters, which seldom happens with Pistols releases

if the extremities vinyl re-issue is done as good as this i'll be  over the
moon
