Some of those old 80s KJ videos do suck -- but "Eighties" and "New Day"
I think are freakin' awesome vids. Especially "Eighties," which I think
holds up extremely to this day. At a, er, "goth" night club I went to
once they played the video of "Love Like Blood" on a big screen over the
dance floor. Great quality, larger than life. Dunno how the DJ got a
hold of such a crisp, clean version of it to play on such a huge screen.
Now, the vid of Jaz riding around on a tank, they could drop that off
the collection and I wouldn't mind. But "Eighties," 'Love Like Blood,"
and "A New Day," and maybe the entirety of the Tube live performance --
that would be awesome. The earlier the live footage, the better.

I too am tired of the grainy versions, but I don't gather that the band themselves think much of their own videos from that era, thus probably see little point in culling them together and putting them back out, which -- if that's indeed the case -- is a damn shame.
