Hmmmm... can't seem to find this on ebay.com, although I can find the seller 
(but it doesn't show that he's listing any items). Perhaps it's already been 
taken down? Can't imagine it won't be, as it's potentially interfering with 
the promotion and release of the Extremities special edition.....
