[kj] O/T The Most Overrated Album In The World....Ever

Day in the Life is great, Sgt Peper itself has a nice tune, but they don't
do anything with it, too short to be a proper song and the reprise is the
same, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds has a fantastic opening, before
blanding out into a real snooze effect, (may need to check my copy of the
album to check next track, haw, can't be bothered), but you get crap about
that Meter Maid, and the George Harrison one, same as the one on the last
album only slowed down, and that's one of the better tracks (apart from Day
in the Life) of side 2. Too much filler to be considered a great, never
mind best album (c) of all time.

But that's seen from decades of it's effect, maybe you had to be there. But
for me. it's not even the best album recorded in that Studio at the time,
Piper at the Gates of Dawn.

I like the White Album though.
