What the children don¹t know it it¹s actually flying, tapping into the
energy of their fear for it¹s own nefarious gain.
When it lands, it shall use the extra velocity to help puncture the
inflatable with it¹s razor sharp claws, drowning not only itself, but the
human young.
Luckily, cat¹s don¹t know what lifejackets are.
The children are safe. The cat is gone.
All is well.
