Hi Elana

It's a very quiet day at the Gathering today. Don't think anyone knows what to say, I guess we're all totally stunned by your tragic loss and can't even begin to imagine how you and the boys must feel, the lack of mails is, I guess a way of dealing with our collective uncertainty. What do we say, how do we say it? No easy way I suppose, so I hope that folks don't mind if I try a few words on everyone's behalf.

To lose Joe after his cancer battle is bad enough but to lose Jeanie too is just beyond comprehension.

I think everyone here had a lot of time for Joe and he certainly made an impression on us all, not just his commitment to Killing Joke, that's nothing, but his dedication to you all was obvious.

I just hope you can find the strength to get over the next few days, let alone weeks/months/years and I hoep you can take comfort knowing we are all thinking of you.

First, i want to say thank you to everyone for the kind words. This  
has been harder than you can imagine, but we are going thru it one day

I've just completed the obituaries, and what is going to be written in  
the service folders.

I made all arrangements yesterday, picked out their urns, etc.

There will be a website set up by the funeral home for them that will  
be there for life. i'm gathering pictures for it. you can leave  
messages on it if you like. i will let you all know when it goes up.

IF you wish to make donations to help ease the cost of the funeral, we  
are asking this be done in lieu of flowers or anything like you, I  
will send you the phone number for the funeral home, and any donations  
can be send directly to them.
