You are saying that Dave Vanian should phone up Dreamworks and say:
    Ere mate, you know that new movie you got coming out soon , the one with Johnny Depp in, well I used to look a bit like that 25 years ago...........can I have $US1Million please.................................OH Ok then ..................how about two tickets for the film then at Boreham Wood entertainment centre?..........................Oh Ok..........................a signed photo then ?
 
      Listen B.S Oliver, You can only sue someone if they plagiarise copyrighted material , and its not possible to copyright a look . Its about patents, copyrights and the law , you cant just phone up film studios and say "Can I have some money because I used to look like that"........that isnt how it works
