I think by "espresso" you mean "organic espresso made w/ cruelty free 
Zapatista coffee beans." And you didn't mention having to get the DVD 
burnt in time to make it to the yoga class....

Saw a random comment on another forum the other day that said yoga has 
gone from being an old Eastern way of developing peace between your body 
& mind to just another way to make suburban yuppies look more fuckable!
