I certainly can enjoy classical or symphonic music. But I have zero interest in "interpretations" of rock music (or anything else for that matter). I heard part of the led Zeppelin one and never bothered to listen to it again. I rarely listen to classical music. Not for any particular reason. I can't think of one genre that I'll flat out refuse to listen to. There may be certain sects that I detest.

Why not just go straight to the Penguin Cafe Orchestra. I always thought of them as punk (or at least New Wave) classical (although their sound is more classical-ish). I know nothing else about them
