I’ve finally found a site that  has a reasonable amount of bandwidth
attached and allows uploading of large files without timing out two hours
into the process (&£^”*&^*£$!). I emailed these links to those people who
specifically requested them a few days ago, and am now posting them to the
list so that anyone else can grab them.
