I would be very grateful if you would give me some information about the
ODIC.
I'm interested in the following issues:

   - What are the contents of the book An Irrational Domain?
   - Can I get a copy of this book? Eventually how...
   - Are there any other materials for ODIC than this book?
   - Why and when was the ODIC discontinued? [I was reading some
   information on the website www.anirrationaldomain.net but I can't
   re-find it : /]
