Thanks for the info TB.
The problem is it is Live Nation that had control of this deal so I have to
deal with them. I bought tickets presale on the HOB website the day before
they went on sale. I have no idea what the difference between Live Nation and
Nazimaster is? Except they are corporate money whores in taking more money
from the consumer. They said I could do what you were saying though. I am a bit
pissed that I spent a lot money on 3 tickets and they did not arrive. Next
time it is the print out or I am going to the box office. Life goes on ... ;)

I got my ticket in the mail about 3 weeks after I placed my order through
Ticketmaster online the day tickets for the LA show went on sale.
If you don't get your tickets, call TM during the last 48 hours before the
show date and they'll print out new tickets that will be available in your
name at the venue will call window. Just make sure you have valid ID and
the credit card you originally bought the tickets with. I had a similar
situation happen for a U2 show back in '05 and TM took care of the problem
as described above even though I was *real* nervous going to the show that
night without my tickets that never came in the mail.
I will say more and more, I'm just doing the "Ticketfast" print-it-yourself
option when I buy tickets specifically to avoid these kind of mail problems.
It's well worth the extra couple bucks.
