Eating 3-foot Skin-Bursting Worm meme...seems appropriate. (Dons broken
headphones that only work in the right ear after tripping over them drunk
last night, straps himself in mentally...)

Anyone who doesn't have Rudimentary Peni's "No More Pain" in their "Top 
2008" list -- come on....

This is a band that started out in 1980, had a few releases on Crass 
Records in the early 80s, survived cancer and mental illness to keep 
plugging away in the here and now, like Killing Joke, Wire, and Motorhead:

Check out the mp3s there off their 2008 release. It's as good as any 
"new" band.
