do you people actually read what you write i questioned fluke's insensitive comment regarding shop employees or i suppose it's acceptable if you have never been one and i get pilloried for it how the hell can someone who serves you in a store spoil your enjoyment of the product you have purchased unless they were rude or short changed you whereby if that had happened you would have returned the purchase and demanded a refund and don't tell me to lighten up i dislike patronising in all it's forms

The first record that I ever bought was by that Heavy Metal band , Killing Joke .
I regret buying it from W.H.Smiths on the Kings Road though, I wish that I would have bought it from a small dark Indie shop with posters on the wall and  with a long haired dope smelling shop assistant who put my purchase in a black bag instead  of some  bird with a WHSmiths unifrom on and her name tag on her label .
  It ruined my listening experience
