Jack Black does one in School of Rock. I was gratified to note Soundgarden there. Wasn’t trainspottable enough to bother pausing it and checking it out properly…there’s ones you can buy online, but the one I looked at was shite.

No, I've not heard the horrors of that travesty, but it seems pretty clear that Cleopatra *shit* their

releases into the world.



As for labels, I find them a handy way of thinking about different genres & how they influence

each, which is an interest of mine. I'd probably get a fair amount of erectile pressure from one of

those 'Rock Family Trees' diagrams of UK Punk/Post-Punk.

The problems arise when people insist on music having to be something or other. I personally think genres and scenes suck....as well as cleopatra...did you ever hear what they did to all the Angelic Upstarts back cat...it sounds like it was mastered at 8 bit!
