not been following this thread so only just seen this.
That's atrocious.

yob culture seems to be everywhere in the UK & it's really scary how  
young they all are & even scarier how little get's done about it.
My brother was teaching training for a while & the abuse he got was  
unbelievable.
He caught one kids breaking into a locked classroom & stealing  
something.
He reported it to the deputy head & was greeted by a shrug of the  
shudders & "erm, I suppose we could call his parents?"
No discipline, no punishment.

Britain's becoming a real shit hole. It's a shame because it's really  
quite a beautiful place.
