If you are lucky/smart/rich enough to have a Mac, you can get Audio 
Hijacker, which does exactly what you say and in the easiest/best way 
possible. http://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/

For PC or Mac there is the free Audacity (google it) which can also do 
what you describe, but is a bit more difficult to set up. You can 
probably Google "audacity copying streaming internet radio" or something 
and find a how-to.
