I think the 'wave out mix' bit is different with each driver - mine says 'What U Hear'. But you get the idea.

Can also use the (free) very basic 'Windows Sound Recorder' but you need to double-click 'volume' in the taskbar, then 'options' menu, select 'properties', then 'recording' and finally 'wave out mix'. You may need to adjust the recording level but it does work.
