When I was the "fine arts editor" of my college newspaper (the
Denisonian), I wasn't allowed to put the name "BUTTHOLE SURFERS" in a
headline (I'd written a review of a show of theirs in Columbus, Ohio
on the LOCUST ABORTION TECHNICIAN tour). I had to refer to them in the
headline as the "B.H. SURFERS".
Times have indeed changed.
