The only time I saw Husker Du was when Inner City Unit supported 
them. Apparently it was Husker Du's first gig over here....

Nik Turner's band blew them off the stage - completely and utterly.
I never bothered investigating HD any further - did I miss out ?

I saw Dwight Yoakam (perma-hatted country crooner/actor) open for  
Husker Du back in the day. Odd, to say the least.
