Manchester City Council's antisocial people don't like me listening to Killing Joke loud to enough to hear it.

This daft flustered woman who just asked me to meet her to discuss things I already wrote to her about claimed that there was nothing worse then being able to hear someone else playing music...

To witch I replied,
