  I'm still wondering why the U.S. even bothered some weeks back to stop 
a chinese arms ship from docking at all anywhere in southern Africa. I thought 
it would lead to some help but, apparently it was just a show of force to show 
the U.S. can stop the Chinese in Africa at will?
