I'm still "the new guy" after several years? Sorry I'm not in my 40s 
(or, uh, later)!

Also, I said it was a complaint, not a request. I can bitch and moan 
with the best of you even if I'm not as close to drawing a seniors' 
pension as you are. I'll start calling you Crankshaft, how's that?
