  From what i've seen of Devo on Youtube (live video clips from late90s/early-00's) they 
  very much seem worth it; I'd pay the $40 in a heartbeat if i had 'em to spare.
    If you can get to a Robinsons May store or a Ritmo Latino (spanish pop/rock music) 
  store you can pay cash and get a small break plus you save the shipping fees.
