if you bring your car into a certain radious of london,just like that,you have to pay,8 quid a day,these are known as the--congestion charge areas--and if you forget to pay,its a 60 quid penalty ;(  thats on top of the parking,which is 11 quid a day,its a wrip of,the congestion is no different than b.4 ken livingstones fucked idear about introducing this congestion charge---i dont want him to be mayor ever again ;P red route is another thing ;/ ps its a long way from yorkshire to london on a push bike :D)))))
