[kj] [OT] final hour of being in my 30's

Time means nothing to me anymore...
   
     I've met a few (non-celebrity or model types) people in the 40s-50s who, thru no exotic
  methods, have taken care of themselves (especially concerning stress and food) and look 
  at least 10-15years younger. They are amazing and look amazing, so i've concluded that..
   
   
   ..I think"ageing's**"a way**toblame others/'life'/nature/the system for our own personal, 
  continuous neglect of ourselves leading to our own physical/mental/spiritual deterioration 
  which we then blame..on...ageing/others/life/nature/the system for our own personal,
