Poly Styrene (Gee, what band is she from?)
Poison Ivy of the Cramps (yeah, common and thus overlooked, but still a 
good move on her part)
Vi Subversa (of Poison Girls, pronounced "vice-versa" basically, as I've 
heard it)

Also, even though it's so well known that most people don't even think 
about it, "Adam Ant" is a good one. I know there's gotta be more. I just 
can't think right now.
