I live about 15 miles Northwest of the Yorba Linda fire in Orange County and 
during the afternoon yesterday, I walked the dog and stopped on the overpass 
over the 405 freeway and took a series of panoramic shots of my area and 
half-assed stitched them together.  You can barely see some area of bright, 
clear blue sky looking east towards the ocean but the rest of the horizon is 
blotted out by smoke coming from the fire.  I saved the file as a 5MB jpeg
