  While I don't agree with them on everything, I too will be casting a vote for Obama/Biden; I think they have the right combination to get something meaningful and positive done for this country. 
  No, I'm no starry-eyed "liberal," or even a Democrat. In fact, last year, I was very skeptical of Obama's ability to even get the nomination, but he has gradually won my respect through a tenancious and sincere campaign. I'll just sum it up it up this way: He beat the Clintons. And if it were Hillary as the nominee, I'd probably vote for a third party.
  The John McCain of 2000, if he were running this year, would have my vote. But that John McCain no longer exists -- in his place is a bitter, old man who apparently will sell his soul to win an election (please note his disgraceful "choice"of a veep candidate and hitching his wagon to the same scumbags who destroyed his chances in 2000).  That is really, really sad.
  That's my 2 cents. Let's pray for a strong turnout on Election Day.

  Being that I live in New York, my vote is alreay a foregone conclusion (thanks, electoral college). But I'm voting for Obama/Biden. It has more to do with the fact that I don't think McCain has a tangible grasp on the issues and is angry old man. Moreoer, I loathe the very earth Sarah Paliln walks on. She makes George W. Bush look like fuckin' Ghandi.
