[kj] Another 'interview'

There's a Killing Joke article in the october edition of Rock Sound. It looks like it's cobbled together from other interviews rather than anything original. Same with the photos.

It's the same old stuff about Maori national anthems and stuff like that. The only bit I hadn't read before is to do with the King's Chamber recording circa Pandemonium:

Jaz says: "What you hear on Exorcism is not even reverb, that's the sound of the voice in the Chamber.

"That particular event was also hysterical. It was Youth's idea. By chance we met these Eygptologists who introduced us to the minister of culture ... If the Ancients had seen Youth dancing around with a nappy and tambourine I'm sure they would have been horrified.

"We did a basic ceremony which was effective and very funny and I remember standing at the back where the sarcophagus was. Youth leaned over to me and went, 'Er, Jaz, who are those birds at the back there?' I looked and there were these three priestesses dressed as Hathor and Isis. It was the f-cking Eygptologists all dressed up and I laughed my head off!"

Sounds more like a school trip to the British Museum rather then serious musicians guerilla recording a song :)
