Your birthday following last night's performance explains why you were
rather sedate Sunday night..i mean, 41 years old?! Gees, a guy might as well
be dead.

Cheers, all for the birthday wishes -- you cheeky monkeys!

Second show was similarly godlike, although I was significantly wipes out
from the night before. Much more elbow room in the crowd, which was nice
(though still a decent share of idiots). There was one dude, at one point
mid-set, who perched himself between myself and Fluw who had frizzy hair
like that old bespectacled Faith No More guitarist who kept on spilling his
beer on my back. Fucker. 

The show was very PANDEMONIUM-heavy, though many of those tracks benefitted
significantly from Big Paul's contributions. Geordie's mix -- to my addled
ears -- was still underepresented (and Reza's keyboards were WAY high in the
mix). We got another great version of "Eighties," and even "Turn to Red" and
a blistering stomp through "Money is Not Our God" (a true highlight).

Did not hang around afterwards, as I was wiped out from the night before and
had to work this morning. Didn't manage to chat with any of the band last
night (though spotted Norman from SWANS hanging out and later talking with
Big Paul). Didn't go backstage. Oh well. Someone call me a
waaaaaaaaaahhmbulance.

Now I'm 41. Huzzah. 

Great to see everyone again last night. Let's hope it's not another five
years before it happens again.
