Yup, I sure am a'goin. But not in a competitive manner. :)
Sorry for not responding in an accurate quote fashion. It's late at 
night and I just wanted to get this out.

Banning tag had nothing to do with taking George at his word. I've 
been seeing/reading these stories for years.
(among other sports and lego).

No... DNA is the basic instruction set. An individual needs to be 
worked on and educated in order to advance in life.
With the bathroom, most kids go through some sort of potty training. 
If a child was to be dropped off int he jungle
and left to grow up alone he/she would be shitting all over the damn 
place with no second thought about it.

("No need to scream fail when one doesn't do something right?" I've 
never said otherwise. That's just stupidity if anyone
does that. I don't see how that has anything to do with my stand and 
belief on trying to ban anything competitive.)

I'm no fan of the bailout. (Look at those that commit suicide when 
things go economically bad. It's a massive lack of confidence,
understanding and inability of dealing with issues.)

Yes, kids do need to be able to get energy out of their system and by 
banning sports you are taking away their ability to do so.
You might not see it as a serious issue. I do.

My anecdote is not something special but it sure as hell makes a good 
damn point. I don't write for others as I don't care to speak for
anyone else nor do I have the right to do so. However I am sure many 
other people have started down low on the totem pole, didn't
want to be there, worked hard to compete and beat others and worked 
their way up. I highly doubt this is a singular instance.

I never said you advocated what I had written. But the schools that 
are enforcing these Draconian laws.

Which means never being told no and always getting what they wanted 
or as you said being bribed to shut up. Same thing.
They were never taught what "no, you're not gonna get what you want 
all the time".

Not all of them work for their daddy's, daddy isn't always around, to 
only be able to work for daddy and not someone else IS a massive
failure. (As I said before it relies on a crutch.)

Inoculation is good but is not a failsafe. Besides aren't many 
Inoculations actually used to infect the body with a lower/weaker strain of
the virus in a controlled manner so the body learns how to combat it? 
(And yes, I do believe in preventative medical practices.)

I know it was tongue in cheek and there is no such show. Hence my 
little slogan afterward. :)
(But once it's mentioned my brain starts to wonder how it'd be 
portrayed. My mind has a mind
of its own!)

I have not read up much on the life of Carlin and I have many other 
books on my "to read" list as of now.
However, we are all shaped by out past life experiences. Bitter or 
sweet. They shape us and focus us to
a certain extent. I don't think that it in anyway takes away the 
validity of a well made, thought out factual statement.

I hope that I don't get stoned on this list as Mr. Hicks has been 
talked about quite a bit. But I've yet to hear him. :(

I'd have to find a nice suit and hat to feel comfy in the car. :)
