Hybrid was his first album I believe, with Eno and Lanois. He used to be Lanois' board monkey.
He has done a couple of dodgy ones, but I would also highly recommend 'an inconvenient truth (OST)', "

Just discovered Michael Brook last week, actually. His Hybrid CD is pretty cool. Some really cool ambient textures. You don't often hear that kind of stuff coming from a guitar.
