After voicing our (and the neighbours individually) concerns about Rocket Man.  The Police are happily suggested going for an ASBO on him.  So for those suffering in silence - don't lay down - fight back - just because you make a bit of racket every now and again doesn't mean that you're necessarily in the wrong and have to endure bullying._______________________________________________
