No idea. But generally ppl. vote for the equipment/software they use.
They'll list like 10-15-20 programs and ppl. check off what they use.
It's given me a heads up on some good proggies out there.
It's usually not an A or an F. Either way it's somewhat enlightening.
The political polls are just dick wagging :)
