It was supposedly MJ's euphemism for his semen.

"Jesus Juice," also, was supposedly what MJ called red wine, which he 
supposedly put in Pepsi Cola cans to drink. Remember how he was a 
spokesman for Pepsi? Well, the rumor went that he would empty the Pepsi 
can and put red wine in it, and call it "Jesus Juice" to the kids he'd 
have over.

Then he'd offer off a helping of duck butter.... ;(
