That is right.  It is there atempt at telling you which side you are inserting.  It is confusing I know but that is how they do it.

just bought the 2006 re-issue.has anyone got it?? my 
  copy is mis-pressed,the  video cd  is the cd and vice 
  versa.it's got picture cd's ( i don't think the original release did). the 
  page write up by carlton p sandercock is missing in the re-issue,but there's a 
  5 line comment from jaz about his recollections of that 
  gig.
 
maybe this would be corrected for the 2010
