    Geez -- "Reefer Madness," anyone?  Sade1 is right about Calif.'s attitude about marijuana. A lot of U.S. laws are liberalizing here. Personally, I think the stuff should be legalized, taxed and responsibly regulated, just as as alcohol is.

        That poster looks so anachronistic and like such a throwback of previous 
      decades, (redundancy for emphasis). It might as well have video clips of "Trainspotting" thrown in. 
      I hope no one there takes it seriously.
        Maybe there are posters and campaigns like that over here too, i just 
      haven't been exposed to 'em because California is so pro-weed.
