  Is it safe to say "Communion" (and a couple of PNDMNM-era remixes) is 
the closest Killing Joke ever swerved towards *ahem* "World Music", or are 
there other songs that come closer?

According to the festival website, Killing Joke will be playing
"their unique blend of dance beats, world music and gothic rock".

Sounds awful! If I didn't know them and read this, I would avoid
like the plague. World music?

About that yes . . M25, onto the A1(M) it is pretty easy to get to (and there is a lovely country house there as well)
