LOL.......I don't think so.....Roger Waters IS Pink Floyd (except for the exception of Roger "Syd" Barrett, but since he is dead, Roger Waters holds the only title), and he would jump at 100 million dollars, based on my reading about him, and playing armchair shrink with his psyche.  To me, this sounds like he has some probable feelings of concern over his own relevancy and mortality these days...thanatos won't be stopped.  Sorry for the psychoanalytic buzzkill....just never understand why peeps compare Gilmour (though an outstanding guitarist, particularly on the "Animals" album cut "Dogs"......his shining moment) 
to Waters.  That's like comparing Bonzo to John Paul Jones in Zep.
