It's a legitimate virus.  The odds are, if you're using an authorized 
version of Windows, especially Vista and keep it updated, you're probably 
ok.  Still, it's worth the few minutes it'll take to make sure your pc is 
uninfected and if it is, get the latest Windows/Virus software update to get 
it removed before 4.1.
