It was also the point when my faith in the Joke was revitalised after OTG - what a relief!

Yes, I was there but I don't remember the incident.
In fact, that was quite possibly the gig with the unknown support I mentioned previously?
It also might be the one my mums car got stolen from afterwards!
That aside, I miss the Internationals. They were great venues.

Did you go to the gig at Manchester International II in'89?  If so, do you remember the fight just before and as the Joke were coming on - looked like a couple of gangs having handbags at 30 paces, though one guy did look quite badly hurt.  First and only time I've seen a gang fight at a Joke gig.
