I didn't think that was the case, IF you had the artist's approval?
Do you pay license on demos?
Aside to that, I do take joy in seeing major lables fail...

if I have a PRS license for music at work. You need one for hold music but did you know that you need one if you have pc speakers in an office and play a song? Technically you become a broadcaster the moment someone hears what you play in the public domain.
