And in this morning's news they said it was because the sex started consensually 
but became non-consensual after he stopped using protection. 


So.. basically, his condom eventually fell off, 20 minutes later the girl *erm* 
consenting female subject notices it's missing, asks him to stop, and him, with 
a sex-induced blood-deficit to his brain of near-stroke proportions, finds it 
hard to JUST stop and gather his thoughts, and retract and rescind all previous 
efforts at said congress; thus he takes a bit longer than she would've liked for 
him to stop. 

My question is, how is that rape? 
Maybe he can claim his penis rejected the condom as a foreign intrusion and 
thereby claim "it was due to 'Natural Causes' " as a defense.
