I'm looking forward to it seeing PT this weekend. Unlike *some* bands they
get around to more than the US / UK...harrumph.

A while ago we were knocking together a list of bands in a similar style to
Porcupine Tree . . . I have two to add that I (unforgivably!) forgot about
last time . . . 

 

Amplifier and (the mighty) Oceansize . . . Oceansize in particular are
sometimes very close to PT's heavier moments
