<ZZZHT FEAR was a favorite growing up. They were  erratic, 
incomprehensible, unpredictable, shambolic, frequently idiotic  and even more frequently a 
powerful expression of everything I  loved about music at the time.

Kind of  like...KJ?

I loved how they were always teetering just on the  edge of falling apart. 
Growing up I would hear stories of the  Replacements at Duffy's in Mpls (and 
opening for KJ) or Kirby's in  Moorhead, MN (next to Fargo, ND). The 
consensus was always the same:  either you saw the greatest rock'n'roll show ever, 
or you saw a bunch of  drunk fools play KISS covers for 20 minutes before 
falling off the  stage.

I loved FEAR's first two albums. Awesome live band as well.
