    Who can say? This seems to be the usual cock up of KJ-sized proportions.
    It's on Amazon UK (mp3) but not US and it doesn't seem to be on iTunes yet,
    while Amazon has no physical release but the Finnish store Record Shop X says
    it has a CD-only version that will be available on Wednesday
