Hi  there Simon Abinett,

Just to let you know  that we got the Killing Joke In Excelsis Limited  
Edition in late Friday afternoon.

We have  been packing them and expect to despatch the final  batch of 
orders by the end of today. Normally we  would have had the Killing Joke Tuesday 
the week  before release and shipped all the orders on the  Friday but 
because of its late arrival we are a  little behind...sorry about that but beyond 
our  control.

I'm trying to get a print of the  sleeve made to give away with the album 
which is  expected in September. I think you'll agree the  sleeve is very 
much modern art and a print would  be great...fingers crossed.
