Oh, I know.
Put together with Kerrang!, Spinefarm etc etc. it all seems to be harping on 
metal and cock rock, to me lately. Not really what KJ is, as a whole. 
They're a lot more unique than that. And much more than the sum of just Jaz 
and Geordie.

I don't think Page was implying they were simply a guitar band, though. He 
does give props to the unit as a whole. But, as a guitarist of some renown 
himself, of course it's the guitar he'd be attracted to.

I have never seen KJ as a strictly 'guitar' band.
There are 303s and all sorts in there (early days). It's the crafty 
guitar/synthesizer harmonizing that was (is) an attraction to me...They're 
also highly rhythmic, to state the obvious..







I?ve got to say that what they created with their band was running out of 
stream with all those keyboard bands that were taking over. They were doing 
some really intense and dense stuff. I?m pleased to give this award to some 
real innovators and it?s Killing Joke.??

I gather these shows are going to be with the stand in rhythm section.   Saw 
a reunion show in Boston a few years back that was great, but not nearly as 
interested in
