[kj] OT: converting Iplayer to mp3 help needed

apart from recording straight to mini disc,then mini disc to cd,i don't know what to do.
 
i can do it for you if you can't be arsed.

Some of you may like them – Primal Scream played Screamadelica for the first time in the UK in its entirety last night, and I’d really appreciate some help in downloading the file so that I can convert it into something I can keep. Can anyone help?
